Arguably one of the most exciting illustrators in Taiwan, Jody Tseng (Brave Animated Series, Netflix) comes to Supermeta+ to helm a brand new animation IP - Project J. The story features an eclectic cast of characters in an advanced utopian future where the human consciousness is able to take the form of beast-like spirits.
Featuring 100 unique traits hand drawn in an aesthetic reminiscent of classics by Katsuhiro Otomo (Akira) and Ken Sugimori (Pokemon), Project J promises to be a visually inventive origin story for anime and manga fans.
Jody Tseng
Jody Tseng is a leading illustrator based in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. An expert at both character design and concept art, she brought creative input to several well known animations in Asia such as Our Moon, The Brainy Giant, and Brave Animated Series which is currently available on Netflix. Jody’s distinctive aesthetic style is a unique blend of art worlds - her thorough education in fine art, and influences from Japanese anime and video games.
